Reflecting on my internship and capstone experience, both opportunities provided valuable hands-on learning that strengthened my professional growth, confidence, and understanding of healthcare operations. My internship at Bob North allowed me to work directly within a dynamic senior living and healthcare environment. In addition, my capstone experience allowed me to integrate the knowledge I developed throughout the program by applying research, analysis, teamwork, problem-solving, and presentation skills to a large-scale professional project. It challenged me to think critically, evaluate real organizational issues, and communicate practical solutions in a clear and professional manner.

Overall, this major has prepared me with both academic knowledge and practical experience to succeed in the healthcare field. It has strengthened my confidence, leadership abilities, communication skills, and passion for improving healthcare operations and patient experiences.
