Upon completing my bachelor of science in health service management, I plan to stay here in indianapolis and began my career. I am open to exploring other, out of state options as well but I more interested in staying here in indiana. I plan to purse the adminstrator in training program, as well as increasing more of my knowldege by certifacted that would be helpful in leadership role. I am interested in seeking roles in long term, medical office, and non profit organizations. After shadowing and learning from different deparements during my internship, I was able to explore many different career paths; and after that I realized I am particuallry interested in operations, admissions, and human resources within the management but open to learning more about different departments. Apart from positions in medical and non profit settings, I am also interested in long term careers, so I am looking into AIT program, which I know would be a great learning experience being able to learn from different department directors and exective directors and associate exective director.
